Edward “Ted” Rosenthal
Ted graduated with a BA from Franklin and Marshall College, received his J.D. from Villanova University, and served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware. Following in the footsteps of his father, the late Joseph A. Rosenthal, Ted joined the prestigious Wilmington law firm of Rosenthal Monhait & Goddess, P.A. where he practiced for over 20 years. On October 1, 2020, Ted proudly opened the doors of his own legal creation….The Rosenthal Firm, LLC.
Ted regularly represents individuals, for-profit and non-profit organizations in commercial / residential real estate, estate planning, and administration, business planning and operations, and litigation. His extensive resume of makes him one of most valuable, professional, dedicated, and effective attorneys in Delaware. In his spare time, Ted is a professional photographer and accomplished musician.
Nicole Dorazio
Nicole began her legal journey as a graduate from Goldey-Beacom Business College, which lead her to a position at a top legal service company for 5 years. She continued to climb the legal ladder by joining the secretarial team for Rosenthal, Monhait & Goddess, P.A., where she and Ted worked side by side for over 20 years.
The Rosenthal Firm, LLC opened its doors on October 1, 2020, where Nicole stepped into her new role as the legal administrator of the firm. In addition to being Ted’s primary support with his vast array of legal specialties, she also manages and maintains Delaware Incorporating Company, the Delaware registered agent entity of the firm.
Off the clock, you can find her either working out, spending quality time with her family and close friends, watching The Golden Girls, listening to old school rap/hip hop, or taking endless pictures of her beautiful little cats.
Laura Giardina
Our personal paralegal saviour, and new addition to our firm is Laura Giardina. Before joining The Rosenthal Firm, LLC, Laura was a Legal Specialist in Marketing Law at Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI. She has also volunteered her time to various Michigan and Delaware organizations such as Help One Student to Succeed, Habitat for Humanity of Benton Harbor, Piedmont Baseball, Delaware Rush Soccer, Sanford School, etc.
After working in the office or giving back to the community, Laura’s greatest joy is spending time with her husband and son; whether in the stands at baseball games or swim meets, attending school band or chorus concerts, hiking through Delaware’s beautiful state parks, or while just relaxing at home.
Laura graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a B.A. in Political Science and a Certificate in International Studies.
